• 10% deposit required to confirm booking
• Full prepayment required 30 days before arrival date
• A minimum length stay may be required
• Pets: while we do love them, unfortunately they are not welcome
• Children Welcome. We can raise ornaments, etc., prior to arrival for young children. Fires have protective screens. Children must be under supervision outdoors.
• The lodge must be left as you found it, but we will do cleaning of bathrooms and vacuum throughout after your departure. An additional cleaning/damage charge will be made to your credit card if, in our opinion, you haven’t honoured the spirit of ‘leaving the lodge as you found it on arrival’. Yes, the lodge is to be ‘used’, eg. carpets are grey so as not to show marks from regular ‘use’.
• We can arrange to handle all cleaning, housekeeping and laundry throughout your stay, at an agreed additional charge.
• No food is provided, although the pantry is well stocked with everyday items that you may wish to use on a replacement basis, and will appreciate not having to buy outright when on holiday.
• Laundry detergent and cleaning materials and products are all provided to start you off.
• A double garage is made available for guest use. A second garage and one closet are left locked for the owners personal items.
• The first floor ensuite bedroom is 90% complete as at October 2009. It is not currently included in any lodge rental. It can be completed should you require more than 4 or 5 (including study) bedrooms. No building noise (or debris) will be visible/carried out at any time during your stay and the first floor will be locked off.
